Fence

A fence , as good as a piece of RPG environment.A different thing this time is that all the fence pieces are separate models and they share the same diffuse and normal map.I had some unusual normal map problems this time , I had to use a fixing method.There must be a tutorial just to show how to handle such problems with normal map generation and I think of recording one soon.I used my previous mushroom and alpha grass models.
Had to disable Ambient Occlusion this time too because of some bug , but this might be because of a clash between the shader build in "Half Lambert Shading" option , since it affects only the real-time shaded models.Anyway the Lambert shading works quite the same way as the AO. So here is my fence composition

Gravestone

A great source of inspiration happened to be a celtic gravestone.
This time i had some problems dealing with the texture that was extracted from Mudbox , it was jagged , destroyed and in term - unusable.I had to edit it in Photoshop entirely.but I think that in the end it turned to be a good model , have a look at it:

Today is a great day , creative and successful ! Today's topic was a decorations set , which i imagined as a set of mushrooms and some grass around them.And so I did.

Procedural Stone 2

This time with a bit more experienced hand and feedback from critics I tried to redo an old work of mine.A procedural stone with hand merged and edited textures , forged in 3ds MAX and painted in Mudbox.I think it is a good shot.





Bridge

One of the things that inspire me the most are bridges.These are screenshots of a low-res model , real-time shaded:







Despite the fact it looks blocky , I think that a UDK shader would boost up the quality and make it look like just as good as the high-res model.

Column

Today was a long day , I had my inspiration turned into creation thanks to the Risen world:
